How to Shop in Our Online Store

Main Rules for Buying Fabrics at www.bemax.pl

1. Unit of Measurement

The unit of measurement in our store is one running meter (mb).

2. Category Menu

At the top of the page, you’ll find the category menu, where our products are divided by usage, fabric type, promotions, and new arrivals.

3. Minimum Quantity

The minimum quantity you can purchase is 1 meter (an exception applies to patterned fabrics sold by the report, e.g., 0.9 m).

4. Customer Account and Cart

In the top right corner, you’ll find your customer account and shopping cart, where you can view and manage selected products.

5. Payment and Shipping

Once you proceed to the cart, please select your delivery method (InPost, DPD, or personal pickup) and payment method (PayU, bank transfer, or cash on delivery).

6. Shipping Costs and Payment Methods

We offer three payment options:

• PayU – after selecting this option, you’ll be redirected to choose your preferred online payment method.

• Bank Transfer – payment to the following account:

• Cash on Delivery – payment upon delivery.

Shipping costs (up to 30 kg):

• the price is based on the country we have to send the parcel to. 

The shipping cost includes a packaging fee of 0.50 PLN. If you order more than one product type, the shipping fee is charged only once per order (for total weight up to 30 kg).

7. Delivery Time

Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days, though we reserve the right to process your order within 14 business days.

If an ordered item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and provide the earliest possible delivery date.
