Placing an order

• An order can be placed by a person who has a registered account in the online store.The text "owym." does not have a clear meaning in Polish as it stands. • The minimum amount of fabric ordered (of one type) cannot be less than 1 meter (except for reports shorter than 1 meter).
• The prices for the articles are given per 100 cm segment of the fabric. You can order any multiples of this segment (e.g., 2 m; 3 m; 5 m, etc.). The exception is for fabrics sold in patterns, but in that case, the length of the pattern and the price for the entire piece are specified each time! • All prices listed in the online store are gross prices, meaning they include a 23% VAT rate.
• When placing an order, it is necessary to provide information on whether you would like to receive a fiscal receipt (for individuals) or a VAT invoice (for businesses).
• In the case of issuing a VAT invoice, please provide the full company name, address, and VAT number.

Personal data protection

The online store BEMAX limits the use and collection of customer information to the minimum necessary for the sale of goods through shipment, which includes m.in. Email addresses, personal and address data. This information is not shared with third parties and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders. Your data is processed by us in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and will not be shared with any external entities.

Order fulfillment time

The shipping time from the moment the order is accepted for processing is up to 14 working days.
In the event of a lack of the ordered goods, the store will promptly inform you of the nearest date for the fulfillment of the placed order.

Payment methods

For orders placed in the store, we accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash on delivery - cash payment to the courier of "DPD" or "InPost" at the time of package receipt;
• PayU
• Transfer to the company's account to bank account number 4417 50 00 12 0000 0000 1075 1567.

The payment method "bank transfer" is agreed upon by the Seller after a phone consultation with the Recipient.

Shipping fees

All shipments are carried out through the courier company "DPD" or "InPost".

Shipping costs for up to 30kg are as follows:

• 21.50 zł (gross) - for the "cash on delivery" option;
• 19.50 zł (gross) - with prepayment to the account.

* The price of transportation includes a fee for plastic packaging of 50 groszy.

Cancellation of order, exchange, complaint

• The exchange of goods can only be made if the goods have not been used, have not been cut, destroyed, or damaged.
• Slight differences resulting from the individual settings of the Buyer's computer cannot and will not be the basis for a complaint about the purchased Product.
• If the returned goods are carelessly sent back and are damaged, we reserve the right to reduce their value by 10% according to their condition. You are returning the goods at your own expense.
• The ordered goods prepared specifically for the customer's order (to a specified size) are non-returnable (in accordance with Dz.U.2000 No. 22 item 176 article 10 section 3 point 4)

Free shipping for orders over 1000 zł.

The campaign "Free shipping for orders over 1000 PLN" is valid throughout Poland. For orders exceeding the amount of 1000 PLN, placed... abroad A fee from an external shipping company applies, reduced by 20 zlotys from the value of the shipment to the foreign carrier.
