Cancellation of an order, exchange, complaint
- The exchange of goods can only be made if the goods have not been used, cut, destroyed, or damaged.
- Minor differences resulting from the individual settings of the Buyer’s computer cannot and will not be the basis for a complaint regarding the purchased Product.
- If the returned goods are sent back carelessly and are damaged, we reserve the right to reduce their value by 10% according to their condition. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned goods.
- Goods that are custom-made for the client (to specific dimensions) cannot be returned (in accordance with Dz.U.2000 nr 22 poz.176 art.10 ust.3 pkt.4)
- Promotional and discounted products are not subject to complaints and exchanges.
The order confirmation allows for the final acceptance of the order placed by the customer. A message is sent to you automatically requesting confirmation of the order, so if you have any comments, please write to us at handel@bemax.pl
