Placing an order.


Order may make a person with an account in our online shop. Minimum order is 150 PLN, the minimum amount of one quality may not be less than 1 mb. When the order form the customer's data are incomplete or incorrect, your order will not be accepted..To get selected item to your shopping cart is not equivalent to its purchase. Goods located in the shopping cart until the customer ordering process remains the property of our company.All prices presented in our online shop are net prices (will be added to invoice VAT 22%) administered in Polish zloty. The company is not liable for purchases made by third parts using customer's account and password. Any disputes arising in connection with the execution of transactions in the online store to be decided by agreement between the parts. In the absence of an agreement to settle the dispute will be made to the court competent for the company's headquarters BEMAX. Each customer is required to read the Terms of Service and is always bound by the provisions of the Rules at the time of order.

Protection of personal data.


Webshop BEMAX limits the use and collection of information about customers to the absolute minimum required for mail order sale of goods, which includes e-mail addresses, personal-address data. This information is not shared with third parts and are only taking orders from customers. State data are processed by us in accordance with the requirements of the Act on Protection of Personal Data solely for the purpose of your orders and will not be shared with any outside parts.

Duration of the contract.

The date of dispatch of the adoption order to achieve up to 14 working days, 14-21 working days abroad. In the absence of ordered goods, the store immediately inform you of the earliest implementation of the order.


Forms of payment.


In the case of the orders abroad only accept payment in bank account (number given on the invoice).
Shipment after confirmation from the Bank.
