REGULATIONS

PLACING AN ORDER

• The order can be placed by a person who has an account in the online store. 
• For NEW customers the MINIMAL sum is 300PLN net. 
• In case of a documented activity in the textile business (textile shop, sewing studio, atelier) the limit DOESN’T OBTAIN!
•           To verify that, we ask you to show a scan or a copy from entry to the KRS. 
•           The least fabric (from one type) you can order cannot be less than 1 running meter.
• The prices for each article is for a 100cm piece. You can order the multiple (2m ;3m ;5m ; etc.) The exceptions are the articles sold in reports (not 100cm, but different pieces) then the prices are for one piece. 
• All prices in the online store are gross prices, which means they have the 23% VAT tax. 
• While placing an order, you have to tell us if you want a normal receipt or an invoice for your purchase. 
• If you want a VAT invoice, we will request a full name of your company, an address and NIP number. 

PRIVACY LAW

Internet shop BEMAX limits the use and gathering of the informations about clients to the absolute minimum that is crucial to fulfil the order (e-mail addresses, personal address data). These are not disclosed to third-person parties and are used only for realisation of the orders. Your data is processed agreeably with the Law about Personal Data Security and only for fulfilment of your order and will not be disclosed to anyone.

TIME OF THE ORDER REALISATION

The time of the shipment from the confirmation of the order is 14 work days. In case of lack of the product we will inform you as fast as possible and will tell you the closest possible time of your order realisation. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

For orders put in the online store, we accept following forms of payment. 

• COA - cash to the carrier of DPD, while accepting the package
•       PayU
•       Bank transfer to our bill : 4417 50 00 12 0000 0000 1075 1567 (this form of payment must be acknowledged by the Seller after a telephone consultation with the Buyer.)

SHIPPING COST

All our packages are sent by courier company „DPD” lub „InPost”. 

Under 30kg packages :

• 21,50 PLN /gross/ - COA form of payment 
• 18,50 PLN /gross/ - PayU or bank transfer

• Included cost for a plastic packaging - 0.50PLN

ORDER CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE, NOTICE OF DEFECT

•           Exchange of the product can be made only when the product wasn’t used, cut, damaged or destroyed. 
• A slight difference that occurs, because of Buyer’s computer settings cannot be and will not be a ground for notice of defect.
• If the sent back product will be damaged, we reserve a right to a downgrade of value up to 10%. The product is sent back on your cost. 
• Ordered product that is personally completed on the clients request, does not apply for return. (According to Dz.U.2000 nr 22 poz.176 art.10 ust.3 pkt.4)
